Mayor Scott Schertzer and Jeannie Brewer, Aquatics Center Director for the City of Marion, have announced that the new Lincoln Park Family Aquatics Center is now open daily from 12:00 – 8:00 pm, weather permitting.

Columbia Gas has announced to the City of Marion that the company will spend over $1.2 million for a Pipeline Replacement Project in the Marion Area which will enhance natural gas service. 

The Main Street and Prospect Street areas in Marion will soon benefit from Columbia Gas of Ohio’s pipeline improvement program.

The City of Marion is announcing information related to its 2012 yard waste program.  Due to continued budget cuts in 2012, this year’s program will essentially follow a once per month collection pattern, although some additional support may be available during April and May.  Following is a list the weeks in which yard waste is scheduled for collection at curbside during 2012:
