Senior Center

The Marion Senior Center will be hosting their annual “Indoor” Yard Sale on Friday, June 7^th The event will be held in the cool comfort of the Marion Senior Center located at 2375 Harding Highway East. The sale is open to the public and will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. Lunch will be served from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.  The a la carte menu includes a deli sandwich, salad, dessert and a beverage.

"Celebrating the Ages"

Join us for a celebration of the ages during our annual Senior Citizens Day Celebration on Monday, May 13th hosted at the Marion Senior Center. Lunch is being catered by L.A. Catering and will be served promptly at noon. The menu features Gourmet Cole Slaw, Green Beans Almondine, Red Skinned Mashed Potatoes, Pot Roast of Beef Portabello (with a Mushroom Sauce), Rolls and Butter, Peach Cobbler with Whipped Cream, Ice Tea, Coffee and Water.

The Senior Center will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and the Day after (Thursday, November 22nd and Friday November, 23rd).

The Marion Senior Center is pleased to announce we will be hosting a Health Fair on Thursday, September 27, 2012 from 10am to 2pm.

Area health professionals and businesses will be present to offer you screenings, and educational information on health-related topics for the Marion Senior Community.

Just invite one friend or family member to join the Center. After they have come in and paid for their membership you will be entitled to a free Monday lunch. A coupon will be give to you to redeem the Monday of your choice.
It’s the same with a free membership, just invite three friends or family members to join the Center and after they have come in and paid for their memberships you will receive your 2013 membership FREE.
