It is not surprising therefore that drumming, one of the oldest healing rituals, is now receiving heightened interest in the medical arena, group drumming boost elements of our body’s natural defense mechanisms.

Join Sue and JeanAnne who recently returned from a conference where they became Trained Facilitators in Healthy Rhythms and are now excited to share this knowledge with you. They will be offering a demonstration which will be hands – on for all who participate. There is no cost, however, you must sign up, classes will be limited to twenty people per class. The first class will be Tuesday, March 15th at 3:15 p.m. and the second will be on Friday, March 18th at 11:00 a.m. They will offer more classes for demonstration if needed.
