Beginner Quilting Made Easy!
Jackie King will be having a “Lap Top” quilting class on Fridays April 15th, 29th and May 6th from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. You will learn to quilt two 12” squares.
ITEMS NEEDED FOR THIS CLASS:

1. Enough solid and print cotton material to cut nine 4 ½ inch squares from each piece.
2. Needles
3. Straight Pins
4. Thread
5. Scissors
6. 15” square of thin batting. (This can be purchased by the yard at most stores that sell material).

EASTER DINNER

The Easter season is a beautiful time of the year. It brings forth the fresh, new loveliness of many things.  We invite you to celebrate with us at our annual Easter Dinner on Thursday, April 21st at 12:00 p.m.  We will feast on Roast Beef with Potatoes and Carrots, Roll, Perfection Salad, Dessert and a Beverage.

 After dinner, sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful voices of Barb, Cindy and Stacey of the Christian singing group “Believe.”

Jam  Session @ Senior Center

An amazing talented group of musicians and vocalists will be at the Center from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30th.  Lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m. at a cost of $3.50 for everything; what a deal!  Thank you to all the musicians and those who prepare a wonderful lunch!  This event is always a “must” at the Center!

Bid Euchre @ Senior Center
We will be playing Bid Euchre four times this month! Everyone is welcome on Thursday, March 3rd, 10th, 24th and 30th at 12:15 p.m. for an exciting afternoon of cards.  Stop in at 11:30 a.m. for lunch before the games begin! 
 
 

31 CARD GAME @ Senior Center
If you enjoy competitiveness, winning, and playing cards, then you want to play “31”.  Join us on Friday, March 4th and 18st at 1:00 p.m. Florence Wright will be your instructor, she will explain the rules, keep the score, and help those who need it.
 

Random Weave Baskets @ Senior Center
Wednesday, March 23rd
9:30 a.m. in Craft Room
Come join this FUN NEW CLASS taught by Ginger Shelby and learn to make free form baskets using round reed or natural vines. This technique has baffled experts for over twenty years. Come and learn Ginger’s secret!
All materials are supplied, and cost of this class is $15.00. Class size is limited to 15 and you can sign up in JeanAnne’s office until Wednesday, March 16th.
