DANCE AEROBICS
Classes start April 3rd

Aerobic dancing can be a great way to have fun, start your blood pumping and get your body in shape. You’re invited to join Jeannie Brewer in the back multi-purpose room on Tuesdays at 2:00 p.m. for a low-impact, dance exercise class. She will be using a variety of music from the 60’s, 70’s and the 80’s. This program includes warm – up dances, stretching, a cardiovascular workout, and a cool down. Jeannie also incorporates resistance work with the use of weights and exercise bands that will help improve your posture, balance, flexibility and strength. This class is designed to keep you active and fit, with the added benefit of increasing your good cholesterol and lowering your blood pressure.
