Updates:

On February 26, 2014, an addendum has been made to the RFP that was originally issued on February 12, 2015 for electric power supply to facilities for the City of Marion.  The addendum involves the replacement for Attachment B in the RFP and is included below.  The information in the Excel spreadsheet will provide better clarity for your use and is in response to inquiries to the Service Director's office. The file includes several tabs as follows:

  1. Marion City Accounts: listing of all accounts with Ohio Edison, one per line.
  2. Marion City - 2YR Detail: this listing has the 24-month history for each account.  Note that each account has 24 rows of data (Highlighted in yellow the first account).  Scroll to the right and find the individual data values for the various months.  Column AT is labeled "Rev_Mo".  This is in the format of YYYYMM (where YYYY is the year and MM is the month ... ex: 201412 is Dec 2014).
  3. kWh (Customer# by RevMo): this pivot table provides a summary of each account using the assigned "Customer Number" over the past 24 months in a single table format
  4. Peak kW (Rate, Customer#): this pivot table provides a look at the Rate assigned to each account using the "Customer Number" value.

To recognize the additional review time needed, the RFP deadline has been extended to March 19, 2015.
