2017-50 Add Approp in the Police Dept. Fund

ORDINANCE MAKING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FUND FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2017

WHEREAS, the Council has been advised there is an immediate need to provide year-end additional funds to the Police Department in their Central Garage Maintenance Fund; Professional Services and Motor Fuel Lubricants; and

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Marion, Marion County, Ohio:

Section 1.    That there be an additional appropriation made in the General Fund in the following amounts:

POLICE DEPT.

 

Professional Services               260.1000.5402           $11,000

Motor Fuel Lubricants               260.1000.5503               5,000

Central Garage Maint.               260.1000.5404             25,000

                                                  Total Approp.            $41,000

         Section 2.   That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
