Next Yoga Program begins January 4, 2011

Time to start your New Year's resolution! One of the following two class offerings may be just the ticket to keep you on track with your goals.

C.P.Y. - Cardio Power Yoga

Intense, physical, and heart pumping yoga. Build strength, burn calories (about 400), and gain flexibility through this quick paced flow series. Yoga experience is highly recommended. Students should be ready to work and sweat. Bring with you a yoga mat, hand towel and water bottle. Classes are held at Epworth United Methodist Church at the corner of Vine and Center Streets in the fellowship hall. This class will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 to 6:40 p.m. Cost is $40 for the 8 week session. Next session begins Tuesday, January 4 and runs through February 24.

Yoga Basics

Just like it says in the title, students will learn the basic yoga poses or asana in an easy going class focusing on proper form and breath. No yoga experience is needed for this class. Students with some yoga knowledge will benefit by exploring yoga a little more in-depth. This class will meet every Tuesday and Thursday at Epworth from 6:50 to 7:45 p.m. Cost is $40 for the 8 week session. Next session begins Tuesday, January 4 and runs through February 24.
