Ralph Cumston has served as represented the 1st Ward on City Council since 1995.
Ralph resides at 1060 Bahama Drive with his wife Patty and two children Megan and Andy. Ralph has two grown children, Dawn who resides in Marion and his son Shawn who is a member of the Marines. He also has five grandchildren Ashleigh, Jamie, Mason, Morgan and Nevaeh.
