Marion City Code § 666.19 Residential Occupancy of Sex Offenders
No person who has been convicted of, is convicted of, or has pleaded guilty to, or pleads guilty to either a sexually oriented offense that is not a registration-exempt sexually oriented offense or a child-victim oriented offense, shall establish a resident or occupy a residential premises within one thousand (1000) feet of any school premises, preschool, daycare center, public park, library, public pool, Boys & Girls Clubs, local YMCA or YWCA; or any city operated recreational facilities located in the City of Marion.

The Yellow sections indicate the area in which the person(s) can reside.
The Gray sections depict the 1000 foot areas from a school, preschool, daycare center, public park, library, public pool, Boys & Girls Clubs, local YMCA, or any city operated recreational facility, in which the person(s) cannot reside.
