ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY AUDITOR TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS RECEIVED AND DEPOSITED INTO THE GENERAL FUND TO THE AIRPORT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO UTILIZE SAID INSURANCE PROCEEDS AND MAKE REPAIRS TO DAMAGE INCURRED AT THE MARION MUNICIPAL AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING
WHEREAS, The City of Marion has received $1,325.76 from City of Marion Insurance A Company for damaged to Airport Terminal Entrance.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Marion, Marion, County, Ohio:
Section 1. That the City Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to appropriate funds in the amount of $1,325.76 that were deposited on August 5, 2013 from the Marion City General Fund to Airport Capital Improvement Fund 101.1008.5443 so damages can be repaired at the Marion Municipal Airport.
Section 2. That it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the adoption of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all deliberations of this Council, and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
