ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE AUDITOR TO CAUSE FUNDS RECEIVED AND TO BE RECEIVED RELATED TO REIMBURSABLES FROM ANOTHER GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY PAID UNDER AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF JANITORIAL SERVICES TO BE APPROPRIATED TO THE APPROPRIATE CITY HALL LINE ITEM
WHEREAS, the Administration has by prior Agreement received funds from Marion Public Health for janitorial services provided under said Agreement, and
WHEREAS, the Council supports the positive working relationship established through the two government entities creating economic savings to each,
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of Marion, Marion County, Ohio:
SECTION 1. The Auditor is authorized and directed to Appropriate from the General Fund from the sums received (1,905.80 to date) and is further authorized and directed to appropriated future "like" funds received from Marion Public Health under the existing Agreement for services provided to Marion Public Health related to janitorial services. The aforementioned funds shall be appropriated into the City Hall expense budget Land & Building Maintenance No. 101.1021.5408.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
