There are real martial art applications for Tai Chi and it is widely practiced for health and wellness. Anyone can enjoy Tai Chi, regardless of physical condition, from the inactive to the athlete, Tai Chi has multiple benefits. Come join us and learn the fascinating art. Open to all ages.

Power Yoga is being offered on Tuesday and Thursdays beginning January 3rd.  This 8 week session will be held at Epworth United Methodist Church on Center Street. This physical form of yoga will build strength, burn calories and help gain flexibility through a quick paced flow series. Yoga experience is not necessary but helpful. Students should be ready to work and sweat.  Class time runs from 5:30 to 6:45 each Tuesday and Thursday, cost is $40 for the 8 week session, to register or questions, call 740-387-5446.
