ORDINANCE RATIFYING, AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MARION AND FOP GOLD UNIT 

ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE ADMINISTRATION EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE FOR THE SALE OF APPROXIMATELY 82.56 ACRES, HAVING DETERMINED SAID LAND IS NO LONGER NECESSARY, UPON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
