ORDINANCE TO VACATE ONE (1) 12’ WIDE EAST/WEST ALLEY LOCATED NORTH OF 437 WINDSOR ST., (BETWEEN LOT NUMBERS 2568 AND 2569) PURSUANT TO ORC 723.041 RETAINING PERMANENT EASEMENT RIGHTS (Applicant, Greg Darling)

 

 

WHEREAS, in the opinion of this Council, there is good cause for vacating the one (1) 12’ wide east/west alley north of 437 Windsor St., (between lots 2568 and 2569) in the City of Marion; and

 

ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1151.065 USES AND PROJECTIONS PERMITTED IN YARDS OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING CODE AS CONTAINED WITHIN THE MARION CITY CODE

 

            WHEREAS, City Council has recommended a change to the existing zoning code at the direction of placement of fences, and

 

            WHEREAS, the Legislation Codes Committee has recommended the change be adopted, and

 

            WHEREAS, the Council finds a real and present need to amend the existing code in order to serve the people of the City of Marion.
