Jam Session
An amazing talented group of musicians and vocalists will be at the Center from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 31th.  Lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m. at a cost of $3.50 for everything; what a deal!  Thank you to all the musicians and those who prepare a wonderful lunch!  This event is always a “must” at the Center!

Bid Euchre
We will be playing Bid Euchre every Thursday this month! Everyone is welcome on August 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th at 12:00 p.m. for an exciting afternoon of cards. 
 

Progressive Euchre
You are invited to join us every Monday, at 12:15 p.m. for Progressive Euchre. This group meets out front. We would love to have you come early for a great lunch to start the afternoon!

If you have ever thought about having a joint replaced, or have a loved one having a joint replaced, then this presentation will be perfect for you! Join us on Thursday, August 25 Th at 12:30 for this informative session that will go over what to expect before, during and after a joint replacement surgery. Sometimes surgery is necessary and knowing what to expect can help with the anxiety of the unknown!

Everyone is welcome and it’s open to the public!
 

Dog Days of Summer Picnic

Menu for the day: Hot Dogs, Brats and Hamburgers with all the trimmings, Cole Slaw and a special summertime dessert. Lunch starts at 11:30 a.m. with Spittin’ Image taking the stage at 1:00 p.m. Tickets will be on sale at the transportation desk until Friday, August 19th for $5.00 each. Lots of door prizes will be given out, so don’t delay in getting your tickets; seating is limited.

 Come and Challenge your mind with Pamela Cudd from Health Care Plus. On the last Wednesday of every month from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Pam will stimulate your mind with this new fun game! We will have two teams, each team will put their minds together to figure out the words that will be on a board, for example, fire... bells...chat...hand...answers…..Firechat....Handbells sounds easy..
 But it can be a challenge... come out and let’s have a few laughs and some fun.
